Background
Working for a commercial client ATEC Construction Limited transformed the appearance of this shop in the heart of Wellington town centre. The existing modern shop front and windows were completely removed and replaced with something much more in keeping with the conservation area surroundings. Being Conservation Area grant funded ATEC Construction Limited liased closely with the Local Authority and provided full open book pricing.
