Work has begun on the £410,000 refurbishment of Bank House Farm in Adderley for the Shavington Estate.
ATEC secured the project through competitive tendering and the work will comprise of the conversion of the existing farm house into two dwellings and the refurbishment of a single storey brick barn to form a further additional unit.
Work is due for completion in June 2014.
