Construction Commences In Racecourse Lane, Shrewsbury
ATEC Construction are proud to announce that works have commenced on the construction of a large 4 bedroom replacement house and annex on a well appointed plot in Shrewsbury. The £265,000 project was secured through tender in a fiercely competitive market with the ATEC past portfolio of quality builds being a major influencing factory in our clients selection process.
The construction incorporates many renewable and sustainable building techniques including a rainwater harvesting system and solar thermal heating. These systems combined with a well insulated timber framed structure will provide the client with a energy efficient home.
