Background
Working for a commercial client ATEC Construction Limited extensively renovated and refurbished this large traditional office building in a busy area of Wellington Town Centre. The interior was stripped out, altered and refitted to form attractive spaces much more suited to modern working. The exterior was extensively decorated to restore the buildings prestigious appearance.
